Bank statement "#" column

Hello, I am new to the program but finding it easy to use and very useful. There is one question that I need help with. In the Bank Transactions section and when importing them in, I need the “#” column to be the description column. How can I make this adjustment?

I assume you are referring to importing bank statements. When you do this, the format of the statement must remain fixed, except for CSV-formatted statements. They must be edited in a spreadsheet program to match content and order described in this Guide: Manager Cloud. Other than that, do not edit the files, or things will go badly astray.
