I’m new to this software and am trying to do a bank reconciliation report but when I click in the bank account area it says there are no matches found. There is nowhere I can see to enter any bank details either. I have noted from reading previous forum posts that the bank account tab was removed.
Make sure to check
when editing or creating bank account under Cash Accounts
tab.
Thanks so much for your quick reply… So does this mean for every cash account I want to create in income (ie: camp fees, membership fees) I need to do this?
Under Cash Accounts
tab, you will only create accounts representing cash on hand or cash at bank.
Camp fees
or Membership fees
are income accounts which would be created under Chart of Accounts
and there isn’t an option like that (it wouldn’t make sense)
