Updating to 26.4.22 has restored bank feed functionality for me, but prompts comment:
I have seen no note or advice re this upgrade, and cannot advise which version contained the change.
After updating you will be presented by an install option. Don’t worry, it doesn’t drag you back through the whole complicated process. Just a couple of quick steps.
I have two bank accounts (one never worked before). Now instead of one button to update bank accounts I have two identical “Aussie Bank Feeds” buttons.
Either will take you out of Manager to Aussie Bank Feeds web page(s). Curiously each takes you to a different page. The first goes to "Bank Transaction Sync" page which lists accounts and offers a “Sync all linked” tab.
The second goes to a home page. Rather pointless.
BTW, Clicking “Refresh” in “Bank Connections” tab produces a disconcerting failure message.
Manager “Back” button in either case takes you back to Manager home page (skipping bank accounts page), which is annoying.
It all looks like it will work. Will know more in coming days.
The start date for the previously not-working account can be set to historical date, but simply reverts to ~current date. Might have been nice to be able to set older date and force load old data. Now I’m going to have to set an oddball start date and value for that account.
Can’t stepping out of Manager to external web page be avoided? A single button hiding that complexity is infinitely more convenient.
Although I have no business with Australian bank feeds, I’m still a moderator and I cannot keep a topic unanswered for more than 1 month, so please bear with me.
Could you please demonstrate with screenshots the following:

You can go to Settings tab, then Custom Buttons. Delete both buttons, then install Aussie Bank Feeds extension again into your business. This will fix duplicate button issue.
If one bank account is not updating, I think you will need to Delete the connection and connect those bank accounts again. Have you tried that?
I will need to check. I might not have implemented connection refresh yet.
@lubos Have to think about that. Seems there is increasingly issues with updates, some quite severe for various users. It would help a very great deal if there were release notes for every change.
Updated to updating to 26.5.29.3635 with no obvious issues.
“Delete both buttons, then install Aussie Bank Feeds extension again into your business. This will fix duplicate button issue”: After the update the second button was no longer present. So this step was unnecessary.
Inspection of authorisations at bank end revealed an anomaly in authorisation for second account preventing retrieval of data. This was corrected.
Neither before or after 3. did Basiq give any indication of a problem, other than data was not coming in for that second account. This suggests there is some error not being created or detected or reported at one end or the other leading one to believe all is well when it is not.
Removed Basiq connection. Reloaded the connection and the required bank accounts. This is painless except for maybe 6. but don’t forget to set start dates appropriately to avoid duplicate data.
Curiously (I would have expected defaults), the two accounts in the Sync screen had to be each selected as linked in column BASIQ SOURCE.
