Our functional currency is Rupees, while we need a balance sheet and Profit loss account on USD. How can we get that report is different currency?

This is not currently supported. If your base currency is Rupees, then financial statements can be in Ruppes only.

As per international accounting standards, if you want financial statement in foreign currency, the general ledger has to be completely recalculated as if your base currency was USD all the way to the beginning. In fact, there is a possibility Manager will support this in future but this is generally very rare feature request.

Most of the time, if you are non-reporting entity, you can get away by multiplying all figures on P&L and B/S by foreign exchange. If you want to do this, you can create separate business and just post a journal entry to quickly create your P&L or B/S in different currency.

Thanks lubos for the instant reply. We have installed server edition, it says “This is an evaluation version only. Please buy server edition to continue using the software without this notice.”

Please let me know how long the trial will be in number of days?

Thanks

There is no trial period. You can evaluate the software as long as you require.

So is there any difference between trial server version and paid server version in terms of features?
