Hi . When I set up reports for the previous year, the balance is 0 and so nothing appears in the reports. I think the reason is because the previous period was closed but now how can I extract reports such as profits, losses and budget for previous years and show their balance
How did you “close” previous period? Manager doesn’t have a concept of closing periods - it’s a perpetual system.
