A change in employess Tab

i have 20-25 Custom feilds in employes tab. but amt due to them is shown after all custom feilds. is this possible to show amt due to them is shown first Before custom feilds ?

not every custom field has to be set to display as a column. you can uncheck the box.
only basic details need to be shown in the Employees tab.
select View button to see more details about an employee rather than displaying everything on the employees list.

no. that is the basic design of Manager and every accounting software in general.
