503 Service Unavailable error is not an error Manager Server will ever give. If you are using Caddy, this would be error from Caddy if it can’t connect to Manager Server which would imply Manager Server not running at all.

Yes your correct that’s an error from Caddy, i have resolved and could able to access business data, need advice on migration of users and their corresponding business and permissions
