I cannot determine the exact cause, but generally it is due to the Company Name being too long.

Ensure the user has full access to business data in order to send or report invoices, or use an administrator account to report invoices.

It’s the same account I used to make invoices previously - administrator account. Issue is Invoice is processing successfully and XML file is downloading. But when I go back to manager it has Phase 1 QR code.
