is there a way to pay the TAX calculated by the software so that it will be removed from the tax payable ?

Payment involves spending money.
So you have to select the tax account (The account containing the tax amount and enter the appropriate tax amount you are paying to the tax authority.
You have to understand financial accounting to some extent before you can use the software correctly.
Your question shows you either are a curious student or a novice
make a Spend Money transaction and on the line item select Tax Payable under the account column.
yeah I am novice in accounts and i got an accountant for that, but i also got my own software as to invoice customers. and while I am at it manager.looks like it does a great job, why shouldn’t i do everything with it then
