Watermark only on Sales Invoice, Footer missing in Invoices, and Theme customization limitations

Hello Everyone,

I have noticed a few issues in Manager regarding documents (Sales Invoice, Receipt, and Payment):

  1. Watermark Issue:

    • On Sales Invoice, the watermark (e.g., “PAID”, “COPY”, etc.) appears correctly when printing or exporting to PDF.

    • But on Receipts and Payments, the watermark does not appear at all.

    • Is this limitation by design, or is there a way to enable watermarks for these documents as well?

  2. Footer Issue:

    • In Receipts and Payments, I can add a footer (for example: “This receipt is system generated and does not require any stamp or signature.”) and it prints correctly.

    • But in Sales Invoice, the footer option is not available.

    • Even after trying custom fields and editing themes, the footer does not show up on Sales Invoices.

  3. Template / Theme Customization:

    • Currently, when editing a theme, I cannot freely change background color, font color, or apply my own custom design for documents.

    • The customization seems limited compared to what is possible with standard HTML/CSS in the theme editor.

    • Is there any way to fully customize invoice/receipt templates with background colors or branded designs?

  • Why watermark is restricted only to Sales Invoice?

  • Why footer works in Receipts/Payments but not in Sales Invoice?

  • And is there any plan to allow more advanced template customization (colors, backgrounds, etc.) in future updates?
