the new screenshot provided too is not from your government website. the heading clearly says LIST OF SUGGESTED CUSTOMIZATIONS. so such a law has not been passed yet.

The latest version (17.11.4) is adding VAT 0% tax code and making title show Tax Invoice. It won’t rename credit notes yet.
