VAT CHANGED TO 11% instead of 10% starting 1/1/2018 LEBANON

Hello, recently we had a VAT upgrade of 1% to become 11% instead of 10%. Is there a way to change the VAT for Lebanon?

this has already been implemented in version 17.12.73
please update to the latest version.
