and btw I tested in Manager Desktop version ctrl+z (redo) is working fine though. Tested within Windows 10 OS. Manager version 18.1.88
Shortcut keys are specific to operating systems. The same ones do not work, or work differently, in different operating systems as well as different applications. After all, even keyboards are different for different operating systems. Manager works across multiple platforms, so you cannot expect it to behave the same way a program designed only for your operating system might.
CTRL+Z is working but shift+F3 and CTRL+Y are not working
