i have undone it from history so i got the acceptable results

I did not start using freight costs, production orders etc yet.

Thank you. Will try this. I think the setup before was better, No drill down on the total cost now. No idea where figures are coming from

How to undo it in history when there are large no of changes being shown in history panel

I rolled back to 24.10.14.1886 after updating to 24.11.something.
The option to use automatic revaluation should not have been made obsolete.
The purpose of using software is to make it easier, and compliant, to do your accounting and, in particular, reporting to the relevant authorities.
After spending many, many hours trying to get the new inventory system and financial reports to correspond with previously submitted reports to the ATO, I gave up and rolled back.
At least we should have the option to use what was working and compliant and not forced to spend days trying to get something that still is not right.
My ATO contact, and ‘auditor’ has warned me against not being able to reproduce submitted reports for at least the last five years if ever officially audited.

Cloud users can not roll back

Even desktop/server users can not roll back. A business file once opened in newer version of manager cant be opened in older versions unless you have old backups.

Using desktop and I backup at the end of each day and before any attempt at an update.
Has saved me oh so many times!

We suffering from this update, Aren’t we should be notifyed about Cost method changes like that especially when it touches Financial reports which already given to tax authorities.I can’t believe how such a ERP start to have its reputation in market and makes thier Customers turns to other ERP like that.

Please note that Manager is not an ERP but an Accounting application. Besides that I agree with your and other’s concerns that I hope @Lubos will help to resolve and including “warnings” that things could break. Although not sure if this is a bug or user error I decided to put this topic into the bugs category.

In addition, we have values of inventory Items which are already Zero quantities resulting from this update, trying to use the recalculate button as recommended to solve it nothing revert as our Figures,In which accounting Programs Programers can Change historical data like that?!!

good day,
actually from our experience in accounting field @lubos @eko the [manager.io] inventory module before this update “recalculation tap” was very special and perfect and more efficient and effective, and sorry for saying that from our opinion it’s disimprovement,
It’s not shame if we setback from this update because it effect [managaer.io] reputation
Actually we start thinking to move forward from [manager.io] because this accident.

I am a user like you and not an employee, as such I have no say in whatever direction @Lubos is taking the application other than yours. As far as moving to another application that is your choice.

you can only change, if you have used recalculate option otherwise there is nothing to undo from history. i used that option and my reports were chaned so i undid it from history.

Thanks for you kind reply.

In the inventory items screen, the average cost disappeared.
In the production orders document, insufficient quantities disappeared.
