Please is there a way to record buying Treasury bills with my Bank account in Manager? I cannot find it.
Buying Treasury Bills is like buying any other Asset.
Create a BS > Asset > Treasury Bills account and post the Spend Money transaction to there.

Post the Receive Money to the Treasury Bills account to match the Spend Money.
If there is a variation between the Receive Money and the Spend Money, then post the variation to a P&L > Income account being Interest or Treasury Bill Gains
