I am using the cloud-based version, and this issue is related to Phase Two of e-Invoicing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the second-phase integration attempt, I complete all the required steps; however, when posting , an error occurs and the tax value appears as zero. Has anyone encountered this issue before, and what are the suggested solutions? Thank you.
