I have been using this software for a couple of years and all has been good until tonight. I made two entries with HST (collected on income) at 13% but the calculation is incorrect.
To be specific, the first entry was for $800. 13% should be $104 but it is showing as $92.04.
Another item is $240. 13% should be $31.20, but it shows as $27.61.
I haven’t changed any settings but did go back in to check, and settings say 13%. So I tested by changing percentage to 20%, IOn $240 it should be $48 but it shows as $40.
What has happened and how do I fix it please.
