Stock control

I need a warehousing / stock system. I looked at the forum for help and have read Inventory stock record

I followed settings–customize but could not find conversion balance mode.
I do need to be able to do this and would prefer to do all of this on manager. Is it possible?

I run the cloud edition so I guess everything is updated automatically so the mode should be there.

Go settings and enable opening balance. Then under your inventory item you created you can set opening balance of stock item.
