Having trouble sending out emails - coming up with -The remote name could not be resolved: ‘ my.manager.io ’ Any ideas

Having the same problem. This only started yesterday (19/11/2016). Tried again today and the problem still exist. Hope matter could be resolved soon as I really need this to work.
