i have a problem in customer balance
i have 3 sales persons on a same customer sales persons sold separate items
how can i manage invoices and credit reports of this customer by salesperson.?
i try track codes but not successful in this meter.
Not possible - you will have to create three customers
From an accounting perspective, your customer does not have a relationship with individual salespersons, but with your business. If you want to keep track of salespersons’ sales, you will need to use custom fields. Then you can use the Sales Invoice Totals by Custom Field report.
