Sales Returns and Purcahse Returns

Hi

The most convenient option for Sales Returns and Purchase Returns presently available is to make a negative Sales / Purchase entry, which I believe is totally below accounting software industry standards and having implemented this in my businesses, I have also found it to be less acceptable.

I request the developers to kindly add Sales Returns and Purchase Returns vouchers in the software as are available in almost all accounting softwares.

Use Credit and Debit Notes
Use credit notes for customer returns and refunds
Use debit notes for supplier returns and refunds

Please read and/or search the guides before posing questions here - there are very few questions which do not have the answer in the guides

If you don’t like the titles of Credit Notes and Debit Notes, you can always change their titles to be “Refund” or “Return” or whatever.
