Reward Program

Is there any method to add Reward / Loyality Program for Customers because now a days it is very useful to grow up small businesses ?

Whose customers are you referring to? And what would they be rewarded for? And who would reward them? And with what?

I don’t have a rewards/loyalty program in my business, but there are probably two cases as the extreme end of the range of options:

A loyalty card such as you might receive at a coffee shop, or chain of shops under the same brand, using some sort . The cost of free coffees is built into the sale price, and the stamp on the card is the only “accounting” mechanism. There is no transaction in Manager.io.

A rewards system such as used by airlines in which airpoints are issued based on past flights. The airpoints are monetarized, so need to be included as a liability on the balance sheet which is drawn down as customers use their airpoints. It is straight forward from an accounting point of view, but there needs to be complex loyalty management software through which the program is managed. There will be complex accounting considerations as airpoints expire, some are written off, transfer of credits from partner airlines, and flights cancelled by the airline are converted into credits.

In between these cases, there will be things like loyalty credit-cards, again which will require complex specialized software to manager and to generate the transaction amounts to enter into Manager.io.

I think you probably need to talk with a someone who sells Loyalty Management Software Products, or a consulting advisor who works in this area.

Yeah @Gillrich I’m talking about points based loyality program in which we can give bonus points to clients on invoice amount

for Example if we sell goods worth of 100,000 Rupees then 100,000 loyality points will be issued to client which can be calculated as 1000 Rupees (10,000 Points = 100 Rupees )
