Required documents upload and send to my customer

I have more than 300 customer as tax adviser. Every client required their Tax file and tax receipt acknowledgement send through email to my customer. I am doing this as PDF from my local drive and send them from my personal email account. my question is-

  1. is any option to upload it to Manager?
  2. is any option to send it to client’s email account directly as like as invoice send option?

I can not found this in forum which I have search.

when you Email a transaction, you have the option to email the attachment along with it.
