Added "Qty available", "Qty to be available" and "Qty to order" columns to “Inventory Items”

The latest version (23.10.21) is enhancing columns under Inventory Items further. The following new columns have been added: Qty available Qty available indicates the stock that is physically available for new sales or use. It’s calculated by subtracting Qty to deliver from Qty on hand. Essentially, it shows the inventory on hand minus the quantity that is already committed to open Sales Orders.
