How rental accounts work in Manager, if we purchase some units for 4 years then we sale on rental Bases monthly, 1 month 3 months like that
What do you mean by “for 4 years”?
For example, I have 10 unit purchase from Government or other for some period, then re sales on short term rental to customers then how manager works, purchase also rental type we pay to government

You need to ask your accountant how to record the lease as an asset and as a Liability on your balance sheet
The Sales and associated income are just recorded in your P&L account
