Record cashback from credit cards

Hi Experts,

Our business credit card company issues an annual cash back credit for each credit card, which directly applies to the balance on the credit card statement.

Please could you advise how can this be handled best in Manager.

Enter it as a receipt. Select the bank account you have set up for your credit card. Post the transaction to a suitable income account. The next time you receive your credit card statement from the issuer, it will show the cash back having been applied and you will owe less. While the issuer calls it a credit, that is from their perspective. To you, this is a debit. It will offset the running credit balance of your credit card account in Manager.
