Is it possible to add a tab after sales invoice “ Proforma invoice” Where in proforma invoice, there is no tax yet obligated. And we will convert the proforma invoice to sales invoice once the proforma is confirmed to be paid only. This will avoid us to pay VAT and lessen the VAT reconciliation.

Have you tried creating either a Sales Quotes or a Sales Order and changing the title to “Proforma Invoice”?
Is there any way of changing the headings on either sales invoices or sales quotes to read Pro Forma Invoice.
Of course, if it can be done, there would be no inventory or accounts to be recorded.
