Profit and Loss Statement printing

is it possible to print a P&L with all headings even though they are zero

No. Throughout the program, Manager omits empty accounts, fields, columns, etc. If you just want a list of accounts, drag your mouse over the relevant portion of the Summary page to select, then copy and paste into a word processing document. If you use Word, Paste Special gives you several options for how to paste.

You can also paste into a spreadsheet.

Many thanks.

@DMCBookkeeping, if you are using a Windows OS then on the Summary tab you can “right” click on the BS / P&L and then select print and you will get all zero headings / accounts in the printout but you will get the BS as well as the P&L

Brilliant, thanks for that.
