Point of Sale in Manager

Hi, is there a way or option in this software to use it as point of sale for medicines?

Manager is an accounting system not a Point of Sale (POS) system - if you need a POS system, then you should look for dedicated POS systems - especially for medicines with lot numbers and use by dates
