can you help out how i can create performa invoice in this software
Just create Sales Quote and set the custom title to Performa Invoice.
This is because Performa Invoice has no impact on your financial statements. When you want to create an actual invoice, you can copy quote to invoice.

First of all go to customize.
Then tick “sales quotes”
When you are creating quote. Below you will see “custom title”
There its where you should write “Performa invoice”
Then your title will change from Quote to performa invoice.
