Opening balance

I entered an opening balance but have decided to enter data prior to the opening balance I have already entered. How do I change the opening balance?

Two steps:

  1. Change the Start Date under Settings.
  2. Change the Starting Balance for affected accounts the same place you originally entered them.

For most accounts you have created, click Edit for the account under Settings => Chart of Accounts. For other accounts, read these Guides:
