The online Manager system couldnt open today. It said BAD REQUEST INVALID

Please do not divert topics with unrelated issues. Yours was not related to the other user’s software crash on the desktop edition. Your post was moved to a new topic.
If you want help, you will need to provide much more information about what happened, including showing a screenshot of any error message you got.
Thanks for letting me know . I wasn’t familiar with the strict guidelines on posting in the forum; in fact I mistaken it with being the same problem. I did create a new topic of which I did post a photo to support the issue and help has already been delivered. Anyhow thanks for taking the time to inform me this.
