Manager need a notification center. All the activities doing by all users should be notified in one area. Admin or responsible person should be notified every entry (add, edit & delete).

Or Maybe,
A notification center, that notifies
- Overdue amounts for pending invoices (for the day)
- Addition of recurring payments (Rent, Telephone bill, electricity)
- Cheque status updates (Cleared, pending, etc)

I’d add more…
- Uncategorized bank transactions
- Transactions in
Suspenseaccount - Unbalanced starting balances
- Accounts in chart of accounts not categorized under any category.
etc.
Basically some sort of summary of pending tasks user should clear ASAP.
