No more "exchange rates"?

Under Settings. Whenever you have a base currency chosen, Exchange Rates appears. If no base currency is selected, it will not be visible. Also, see the Guide:

Enable multiple currencies

If your business has accounts in multiple currencies, the first step to enabling multi-currency is to set your base currency. Go to the Settings tab, then click Base Currency. Once you set your base currency, all your existing accounts will be set to the denominated base currency.
