Manager.cloud Down?

Is manager.cloud down?

Try restart your cloud server

It’s not working at all.

We have the same issue on 12 Cloud addition servers, after restarting multiple times it is still not working. Giving this Amazon runtime error - even after multiple server restarts on multiple different domains we have with you.
@lubos

After updating the from manager.io to manager.cloud

The system is having errors to log in

Please update

@John_Muchwat Cloud version is auto update, what type / kind of update operation you have attempt.
Common Causes & Fixes

  • URL Mismatch: Ensure you are accessing your specific custom cloud URL (e.g., yourcompany.manager.cloud) rather than the main login portal.

  • Cached Credentials: Clear your browser’s cookies and cache, or try opening an Incognito/Private window. Outdated session tokens from Manager.io desktop/server often cause loop errors.

  • Account Provisioning: Verify that the cloud subscription activation email was completed. The primary administrator password created for Manager.cloud may differ from your local installation.

  • Password Reset: Use the Forgot Password link directly on your Manager.cloud login page to reset access credentials for the registered administrator email.

  • Firewall / Network Restrictions: If accessing from an office network, ensure outgoing HTTPS traffic to *.manager.cloud is permitted.

Hello team
Why is my manager displaying the attached page?

We are having same error , please resolve it immediately

There seems to be an issue in Amazon AWS in South Africa. Only customers hosted in South Africa are affected. Looking into this.

I restarted the cloud server from portal multiple times. Site still timing out.

What about Nigeria?

having the same problem

The service has recovered in South Africa data center. Not sure what has caused this yet. Looking into this further.

I need to download urgent reports from the system, but I can’t log in. Please assist

Hi Lubos,

Just adding some observations from my side in case they are useful while you are investigating this.

I am supporting a number of Manager Cloud servers in South Africa through my Advisor account, so I have had the opportunity to see the behaviour across multiple unrelated Cloud accounts today rather than just one server.

During/after the migration today, I noticed the following across several servers:

  • Some servers initially returned errors after moving to the new .manager.cloud address.
  • Restarting the Cloud server resolved the problem in some cases, but on several servers the restart itself failed and I had to try again multiple times before the server eventually started successfully.
  • Some servers that recovered earlier have subsequently displayed the “Rate exceeded – Amazon.Runtime.Internal.HttpErrorResponseException” error again.
  • I am seeing this across multiple unrelated South African Cloud accounts, so it does not appear to be isolated to a particular business or user.
  • I have also had a few cases where individual users had difficulty logging in after the migration, although the administrator account was still accessible.

I thought the repeated restart failures might be worth mentioning as well, as they occurred several times today and may perhaps help narrow down what is happening on the South African infrastructure.

I don’t know enough about the underlying Manager Cloud architecture to speculate on the cause, but I am happy to provide you privately with some of the affected Cloud domains and approximate times when the errors/restart failures occurred if that would be useful for checking the logs.

Thanks for looking into this, Lubos. I know today has probably been a busy one with the migration — just sharing what I am seeing across the servers I support in case it helps with the investigation.

I am in Côte d’Ivoire but I am experiencing the sameerror. Was not able to do anything since this morning
