Is there anyway to confirm the journal entries ?
When someone make journal entry … it will not make any affecs as long as it didn’t got confirmation
Anyway for that ?

What would that achieve?
If the journal entry is incorrect, it can be deleted or corrected or a new journal entry made to cancel the effects.
The history will record the original entry and the deletion or correction

He is talking about an approval process. Approval to post into General Ledger is crucial.

I don’t mind confirming journal post, assuming Person A enters the post and Person B confirms/authorizes it (later). But not as a standard feature : we already confirm to enter a post when we book it, so it should be a parameter in the settings giving authority to people entering and authorising, when “authorization is required”

Yes it should be optional. There are those who do not need it, and there are those who need it.
