My summary report shows a total of 109k in inter account transfers but when I specifically checked the individual transactions in the inter-account transfers, it totaled to 124k.

The 109k figure shown in the report is the opening balance for the report, meaning you should check the balance as of 30 June.
is the beginning balance supposedly the (1,358)? The 109k are those added into the account via inter account transfers
The (1,358) is your closing balance of cash.
my bad. Yeah, that’s the closing balance. But my concern is the discrepancy in the inter account transfers.
