How to import client list into Manager?

I have a large client list in an Excel file and want to import into Manager version 26.4.22.3435

Is this possible? I’m not seeing any import features. Thank you

You can import Suppliers in the Supplier tab

Same for Customers in the Customer tab

Thank you. It threw me off since they word it at batch rather than import/export. Working on my excel files now
