How to get a Income and Expenditure Report

I need an Income and Expenditure report (not profit and loss account)

it is not available in the standard report

An Income & Expenditure report is another name for a Profit & Loss report

It is usually used by non-profit organisations but contains the same information from the same accounts.only the terminology changes

Exactly. For a non-profit organization the name of the report “profit and loss account” doesn’t look good.
Is it possible to change the name of the report

you can enter any title you want when you create the report.
