How can i generate “net profit account” on manager, so the transactions transferred to and the system automatically can transfer the balance to the retained earnings account at the end of financial year?
Net profit show everywhere including on Summary screen, but more importantly you should just use the Manager Reports. The most important ones for all accounting software are:
Balance sheet,
Profit and Loss account
Cash flow.
These are available under the Reports Tab.
you have to include all costs including tax owed in your manager business. If your business has any funds withdrawn after net costs, these will have to appear below the “Net profit” sub total in your Manager chart of account.
In summary Manager display of net profit requires careful construction of your chart of accounts and complete data entry.
