  1. What is the best way to customize the look and feel of the printed reports, e.g. Sales Quote A4 printed Report?

  2. Why it is not visible to use the dynamic placeholders {{ }} of attributes in Footers?

  3. Is there any guide of dynamic placeholders of Manager.io ?
