What are you referring to? There is nothing in Manager called a “credit report.”

Customer statements… There is only date,description,debit ,credit and balance columns… No columns for "item,rate,quality…how can I add that…?

The Customer Statement is a list of the invoices , credit notes and payments on a customer account. The line items on invoices and credit notes do not appear on a Customer Statement at all.

You will have to create a Custom report for this information
