But now i am feeling that i need extra column in sale invoice,sale orders and inventory item.
so how can i do that.

If you’re keeping track of colors in your inventory, you have to go to Settings
> Custom Fields
> Inventory Items
and create a custom field for items.
If instead you aren’t keeping track of colors in your inventory but still want to add this information to all your sales documents, you will have to add a line custom field to your Quotes, Orders and Invoices.
in this case i want both. now what should i do?
You can either not setup color field for items and keep it as a line custom field in the documents. In that case, you should have color ID in your item code, name or description which can be manually copied by the user doing the entry
Alternatively, you can set things up like you would if you keep track of all item colors, and later on when you take your stock count adjust the inventory values.
But I wouldn’t recommend doing both.
You need to understand that Item A - Red and Item A - Blue need to be two different items in Manager. That is, you cannot select Item A and then choose a color. A custom field for Item A will apply to all units of Item A.
That is not true for a line-item custom field for a sales invoice or receipt, however. Such a custom field does not apply to the inventory item itself, but to the line on the transaction where the inventory item is listed. That is why it must be filled in on every transaction.
