You cannot. You should use Receipts, Payments, Inter Account Transfer modules.
Why would you want to enter a bank transaction as a journal entry.
A screenshot or a more detailed explanation of your problem would help.
In the guides under journal enrtries at https://www.manager.io/guides/9820 it clearly states:
In fact, no transaction involving the actual receipt or payment of funds by a business can be recorded via a journal entry.
