How do I record business expense receipts?

It depends how did the business pay for those expenses. Was it from business bank account? Petty cash? Cash float? Personal cash?

Could be a business account, petty cash or cash float.

If it’s paid from business bank account, then expense needs to be recorded as Spend money transaction under Bank accounts tab.
