How do I change Account Tags

I have been searching but cannot locate it anywhere, how do I change the account tags in the cash account receipt screen?

We are a sports club, so Legal Fees / Motor Vehicle expenses are invalid, and I can’t find where I could change them or create new descriptions?

Go to Settings - Chart of Accounts, and you can make any changes that suit
