it would be better if dashboard shoudl be added with some graphical features like pie charts other charts etc

What you ask for is exactly the kind of software bloat many users selected Manager to escape. If you want fancy charts, export the data to a spreadsheet/charting program and play to your heart’s content. No matter how many charts Manager would add, someone would want something else.

Not needed on the dashboard in my view but useful in making a point to management quickly and clearly. I reckon a place under reports would be a good fit for this element.
