Well said @rajbhansali, This feature is required and expected in future updates.
I have a couple of UAE clients myself and have been using manager for the forth year now. I have to admit that I can’t see what all the fuss is about.
You know you can get your format using a theme, right? And the rest of 199 countries can still use their beloved efficient format as-is. Instead of having people from 199 countries develop custom themes to undo the changes made to accommodate UAE conventions 
Anyway, I don’t mind you having what you want as long as I can turn off that hedious format using a checkbox.
