Why are you using a journal entry ?
There is almost never a need to use a journal entry in Manager
Please explain in more detail what you are trying to do, with copies of the transactions so that we can understand your problem and suggest how you should be using Manager
You cannot. That feature applies only to purchase invoices. Further, you should use goods receipts to record receiving inventory items, not journal entries. Besides, without the purchase invoice, there is no financial cost to apply anywhere.
