Signed up for the 14-day Cloud Edition trial. After creating the site, the Cloud Server status stays “Inactive” and I can’t log in to the business itself — both administrator and my portal email get rejected as invalid.
The only path I found to activate the server is “Start Subscription” in the billing portal, which goes to a Stripe checkout showing “Total due today: US$59.00” — not a $0 trial hold.
Is there a way to activate/log into the Cloud Server during the trial without a paid checkout first? Also emailed support@manager.io but wanted to check here too in case it’s a known trial-flow issue.
